Tips for Thinking Thin:


- Keep a diary about everything u eat.
- Don’t skip breakfast!
- Find a diet buddy so u can support each other.
- Tape a skinny picture of yourself on the refrigerator door.
- Only keep healthy foods in the house.
- Keep cut vegetables in the fridge for when u must snack.
- Use mustard as a sandwich spread, never mayonnaise.
- Don’t confuse thirst for hunger - stay hydrated!
- Drink a glass of water before eating.
- Eat slowly and savor each small meal.
- Never fry your food.
- Skip sauces on your foods.
- Don’t drink calories - stick to water and zero-calorie beverages.
- Avoid alcohol.
- Only buy foods from a strict shopping list.
- Bring a protein bar or carrot sticks whenever u leave the house.
